Called on a Bank holiday at 9am and answered phone with warm welcome and very happy to help as issue with charging on my phone . Arrived at shop and Nothing was a problem and charge and speaker points fully cleaned out and now charger lead snaps in to the plug point and is back to full strength. Took my Fold 6 to Fonebook after the inner screen stopped working properly. Honestly wasn’t sure it could be fixed, but they diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and explained what needed doing without any pressure. Repair took a couple of days and they kept me updated the whole time. Price was fair compared to a few other quotes I got, and everything’s been working fine since I got it back. Overall, solid service and no hassle. Would use them again if I needed another repair.
